Help my Vamoos isn't working!

We are constantly testing and updating our platform to ensure it runs smoothly. Here are some top tips if you or your clients are having issues.

App troubleshooting
Check your internet connection if you are trying to push an update through to the app.
Hard close the app:
On iPhone: swipe up a third of the way and let go, then swipe up on Vamoos to close it.Ensure the user has the latest version of Vamoos installed (check the iOS App Store or Google Play Store).
Web Portal troubleshooting
If you have issues with the web portal, try either force refreshing your browser or clearing your cookies, as you may be using an old cached version of the portal.
Force refreshing your browser
Chrome (Windows/Linux)
Hold down Ctrl and click the Reload button
Or hold down Ctrl and press F5
Chrome (Mac)
Hold down ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift and press R
Or hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
Safari
Hold down ⌥ Option + ⌘ Cmd and press E
Microsoft Edge
Hold Ctrl and click the Refresh button
Or hold Ctrl and press F5
Firefox (Windows/Linux)
Hold down Ctrl + ⇧ Shift and press R
Or hold Ctrl and press F5
Firefox (Mac)
Hold down ⌘ Cmd + ⇧ Shift and press R
Or hold ⇧ Shift and click the Reload button
Clearing your cookies
On Chrome
Go to Settings → Privacy and security
Select Third-party cookies
Click See all site data and permissions
Find Vamoos and click the bin icon
Press Clear on the pop-up
On Edge
Go to Settings and More → Settings → Cookies and Site permissions
Select Manage and delete cookies and site data → See all cookies and site data, then search for Vamoos
Select the down arrow next to the Vamoos Portal and click Delete
On Safari
In the Safari app, go to Safari → Settings → Privacy
Click Manage Website Data
Select the Vamoos Portal, then click Remove or Remove All
