Actions: perform bulk actions on trips

You can now perform Bulk Actions on multiple trips in your Vamoos List, saving time and keeping everything up to date with just a few clicks.

Introduction to Actions

With the Actions button, you can perform bulk updates across multiple trips at once. Actions include:

  • Delete trips

  • Add update notifications

  • Add inspiration

  • Add documents


How to use Actions

  • Select multiple trips in your Vamoos List by ticking the boxes beside them.

  • Click the ACTIONS button.

  • The number on the button shows how many trips you’ve selected.

  • Choose the action you’d like to perform from the dropdown menu.


Delete trips

  • Select the trips you want to remove.

  • Click ACTIONS, then Delete trips.

  • Confirm deletion in the pop-up.

  • Deleted trips can be viewed and restored later by pressing View Deleted in your Vamoos List.


Add update notification

  • Select the trips you want to send a notification to.

  • Click ACTIONS, and Add update notification.

  • Choose a Force Update template or write a bespoke message.

  • Press SEND to notify travellers.


Add inspiration

  • Select the trips you’d like to send an Inspiration to.

  • Click ACTIONS, then Add inspiration.

  • Choose inspiration: pick which Inspiration to send.

  • Message content: add a message (e.g. “We hope you had an amazing holiday! Why not check out other destinations we’re heading to next year?”).

  • Period: set when the notification will be sent and how long it appears as the app’s opening view.

  • Press ADD to confirm.


Add document

  • Select the trips you want to attach a document to.

  • Click ACTIONS, then Add document.

  • Document type: choose Travel or Destination.

  • Title: add a title for the document.

  • Press ADD to upload from your library, add a new file, or insert a URL.
